Pink Receives Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Pink was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday.

She was joined by husband Carey Hart, as well as their children: Willow, 7, and Jameson, 2. Ellen DeGeneres was on hand to present the prestigious honor to Pink, as well as Reno 911! star Kerri Kenney-Silver.

"She is a unique performer who leaves you in a state of joy and surprise at the same time. She mesmerizes the audience with her voice and her action-packed performances," said Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez.

"Wow, thank you. Thank you for standing out in the rain," Pink said as she addressed the crowd. "This is surreal. This is really … I feel like I’m dreaming and if anyone pinches me I’m going to punch them in the left eyebrow."

Pink continued: "I feel like a lot of people probably only ever thought I’d make it to the walk of shame, but, here I am. Two little letters make such a big difference. It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I’ve somehow managed to have."

Pink’s career spans more than two decades and includes seven studio albums, 34 music videos, three Grammy Awards, three Billboard Music Awards, six MTV Video Music Awards, two MTV Europe Awards and two People’s Choice Awards. She is also nominated for the 2019 Grammy award for Best Pop Vocal Album for Beautiful Trauma.
