A TLC MUSICAL MAY BE COMING TO BROADWAY: The ladies of TLC are ready to bring their story to the Broadway stage. In a recent interview, Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas revealed that she and Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins are developing a bio-musical. "We’re also working on the TLC musical and TLC on Broadway," Chilli shared. "We’re going to create new music for those projects as well." According to the group, the project would feature behind the scenes stories that were not featured in the VH1 television movie chronicling the group’s rise. "We didn't tell everything," she said. "We have so many stories to tell. We didn’t tell it all in our biopic we did with VH1. A lot of good stuff. It’s gonna be very emotional but a good ride."
T-PAIN DIDN’T GET PAID FOR SOME OF HIS BIGGEST FEATURES: T-Pain recently sat down with Rob Markman of Genius for a new installment of "Genius Level." During the interview, Pain revealed that he did not get paid for some of his biggest features because he did them as a favor. He explained, "Most of those features I did back in 2008, and ’09, and ’10, I did all of ’em for free. I did all of ‘em for free and all I wanted you to do was get back on my sh*t, that’s it. I just wanted an even swap, ’cause I was going to charge you just as much as you charge me. Then nothing was reciprocated, you know what I’m saying? But, even if I got somebody to even try to be on the song, they would come back and charge. I was the music Jesus; you wanna get saved? Come to the Church of T-Pain and I’ll slam a hook on there and make sure you’re good for at least three more years."
