R. Kelly Explains Why Chicago Music Studio Looks Lived In

R. Kelly has explained why his Chicago studio looks lived in. According to the Chicago Tribune, Kelly said in a worn affidavit filed on Thursday (February 7th), "I have never been creative or worked between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m." He went on to say, "Creativity manifests in various ways and a plethora of times."

As previously reported, Kelly has received numerous violations for allegedly turning the studio into a living space. The judge has limited Kelly to using the studio during normal business hours and ordered that the second-story living quarters be shut down.

Meanwhile, according to The Blast, Kelly has asked that all "sheriff activity on the property" stop as soon as possible pending the court’s ruling on his request.
