Rage Against The Machine Drummer's Estranged Wife Blames Affair With Juliette Lewis For Split
Rage Against The Machine and Prophets Of Rage drummer Brad Wilk's estranged wife, former Seven Year Bitch singer Selene Vigil-Wilk, has filed new divorce documents and is blaming his affair with actress Juliette Lewis for the failure of their reconciliation attempt.
Selene originally filed for divorce in June 2013 after learning that Brad had slept with a woman who worked in a Las Vegas strip club, but called it off later that year. In early 2016, Brad went on tour with Lewis and her band. Selene wrote, "I later discovered that he was having an affair with her . . . In late 2016, Brad returned to Los Angeles and informed me that he wanted to set up a mediation. He said that he was moving in with Juliette Lewis."
The couple were married in 2005 and have two young children. Selene is asking for joint legal custody of the children, but wants primary physical custody and spousal support.
Selene says Brad earned $2.2 million in 2017 and believes he should pay $30,124 per month in temporary spousal support and $17,772 per month in temporary child support until the divorce is final. She is also seeking $100,000 in attorney fees and $50,000 for a forensic accountant.
