Shinedown, Slash Schedule New Tour Dates

Shinedown has announced new summer tour dates as part of its ongoing 2019 Attention Attention world tour, beginning on June 21st in the Woodlands, Texas and running through July 27th in Ridgefield, Washington. Badflower, Dinosaur Pile-Up and Broken Hands will support Shinedown on the coast-to-coast trek.

A fan club pre-sale begins Tuesday (February 5th) at 10 a.m. local time, with general public ticket sales start on February 8th at 10 a.m. local time at LiveNation.com.

Frontman Brent Smith told us a while back that he feels a strong desire to please everyone he can with the group's music: "I want to make my crew happy and I want to make my family happy and, not only that, I want to make our fans happy and not even our fans -- just the world. And I want to try to figure out a way to be supportive of the human spirit. It's an amazing thing to be able to be alive and to have a gift of being able to play music. And I hate calling it my job. Because it's not my job, it's my honor."

The first leg of the tour kicks off on February 20th in Estero, Florida and will hit mostly arenas, with the band moving to smaller venues in May for a string of shows dubbed "An Evening With Shinedown."
