RCMP nab thieves from Tim Horton's B&E

A 35-year-old man and 30-year-old woman were arrested for breaking and entering over the weekend.

Shortly after 12:30 AM on Saturday, September 8th, Kelowna RCMP learned that the suspects smashed the front glass door of the Tim Horton’s on Powick Road and took off with several cash drawers and an undisclosed amount of cash.

While investigating, the RCMP found the suspects’ vehicle at a shopping mall on Harvey Avenue. The man and the woman were then arrested without incident, and the stolen money and cash drawers were returned.

The suspects, both from no fixed address, face potential charges, and will appear in court on December 4th.
