Penticton RCMP asking for help funding missing kayaker

Officers in Penticton are hoping the public can assist in locating Colin Palmer, age 41.
Colin Palmer, a Penticton resident, was reported missing by his family, who has not heard from him since Saturday evening.
Palmer was believed to have taken his kayak out on Okanagan Lake. The last contact with Palmer, he had told his family he was near Sunoka Beach in his kayak, and reported the water was choppy.
Palmer is described as: Caucasian, 41 years old, dyed green hair, green eyes, 6 feett tall, 160 lbs.
The kayak is described as baby blue colour, with a white hull.
On July 16th, assistance was providing by the Penticton Fire Department and RCMP airplane in trying to locate Palmer . The search continues today, and the RCMP is wanting the public to be on the lookout.
