McMillan going back overseas

Brandon McMillan has signed a one year contract to play in the KHL next season.

The 28 year-old inked a one year deal with Dinamo Riga.

McMillan is best known in these parts for helping the Kelowna Rockets win the 2009 WHL championship.

McMillan also won a silver medal for Canada at the 2010 World Junior Hockey Championships.

The pride of Delta BC, McMillan played 171 games in the NHL with the Vancouver Canucks, Anaheim Ducks and Arizona Coyotes.
