Rocket trio named to World Juniors selection camp

For the first time in team history, three members of the Kelowna Rockets will be headed to Team Canada's Selection camp for the World Junior Hockey Championships.

19-year-old Dillon Dube leads the group, coming off a silver medal win with last year's team.

The Calgary Flames draft pick leads the team with 36 points through 25 games this season.

Joining him is fellow '98 Kole Lind, who was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks back in June.

Lind has 34 points over 21 games this season, and lead the Rockets in scoring last season.

Defenceman Cal Foote is the final Rocket selected for camp, and is in his third season with the team.

Foote has 26 points in his 28 games this season, and was taken in the first round of the NHL draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

32 players were picked for camp, which runs December 12-15 in St. Catherines, Ontario.

10 cuts will be made before the tournament starts on Boxing Day.
