Rockets 20 year-old will attend main camp

The Kelowna Rockets will have a 20 year-old forward competing for a spot at main camp later this month.

Chilliwack resident Ryan Bowen has decided to take a crack at making this years roster.

Bowen was acquired in a trade with the Lethbridge Hurricanes last season, but elected to play with the Chillwack Chiefs who hosted the RBC Cup.

Bowen has played in the WHL with the Lethbridge Hurricanes and Moose Jaw Warriors.

Ryan Bowen, who doesn't turn 20 until December 10th, is the older brother of Ethan Bowen, the Rockets first pick in the 2017 WHL bantam draft.
