Rockets well represented in NHL playoffs

The NHL playoffs begin Wednesday.

Winnipeg, Calgary and Toronto are the three Canadian teams chasing Lord Stanley's Cup.

The Kelowna Rockets have eight (8) former players in the post season.

Tyson Barrie with Colorado, Jamie Benn and Blake Comeau with Dallas, Mikael Backlund and Dillon Dube with Calgary, Josh Morrissey and Tyler Myers with Winnipeg and Colton Sissons of the Nashville Predators all begin the journey of winning 16 games.

Sissons has come the closest of that group, leading the Predators to the Stanley Cup finals in 2017 before losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Scott Parker (Colorado), Duncan Keith (Chicago), Travis Moen (Anaheim) and Madison Bowey (Washington) have all won hockey's holy grail.

Keith has won it three times (2010, 2013, 2015).
