73's Meet Canadiens Tonight In Lakeshore

The Essex 73's look to claw their way back into the Stobbs Division Finals.

They head to Lakeshore tonight trialing two games to none in their best of seven series.

Head Coach Cam Crowder says his team knows how important game three is.

"I think for us it's just getting back to what we do and getting heavy on the forecheck and making sure we're taking care of our own end," says Crowder.  "We know it's a huge game."

Crowder says he doesn't expect the Canadiens to change their game plan. "Their coach is going to preach that and making sure they're keeping things simple so they've done a really good job of that over the first two games and it's up to our group to match that."

Lakeshore won game one 5-2 and won game two in overtime 3-2.

Puck drop tonight at the Atlas Tube Centre is set for 8pm.
