A Final Goodbye To The Queen Of Soul
Aretha Franklin's funeral today in Detroit will be opened up to 1,000 members of the public.
Greater Grace Temple Bishop Charles Ellis the Third says anyone who wants to attend needs to be in line no later than 8:30 a.m. and appropriately dressed.
The funeral is expected to last about six-and-a-half hours, and some of it will be televised.
Performer include Stevie Wonder, Faith Hill, Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson along with speeches by former U.S. President Bill Clinton and the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
Franklin died earlier this month of pancreatic cancer at the age of 76.
