An improvement in Windsor's unemployment rate in November.
It moved to 6.0% after sitting at 6.9% in October.
The November jobs report blew past economists' expectations.

That's the lowest rate since Statistics Canada started collecting comparable data in 1976.
On the negative side, year-over-year average hourly wage growth for permanent employees declined to 1.46%, its weakest reading since July 2017.
