Amherstburg Shooting Victims Recovers
The condition of a shooting victim in Amherstburg has improved.
The 31-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest at a home on Sandwich St. N, near Williams Street on September 15 at 2:30am
He was transported to a hospital in Detroit with life-threatening injuries but he was released from the hospital earlier this week and is now recovering at home.
Police began searching for the suspect which led a standoff in west Windsor at a home on Betts Ave, near Tecumseh Rd.
A man was then found deceased in the garage.
