The Detroit Tigers made some moves on MLB trade deadline day.

The club announced Wednesday the acquisition of RHP’s Paul Richan and Alex Lange from the Chicago Cubs in exchange for OF Nicholas Castellanos and cash considerations.

In Toronto, The Jays traded away relief pitcher Daniel Hudson to the Washington Nationals in exchange for minor league right-hander Kyle Johnston.

The Houson Astros are welcoming a couple of big names from the Jays.

Pitchers Aaron Sanchez and Joe Biagini are on the move — no word yet on what the Jays will get in return.

In another big move by the Astros, veteran right-hander Zack Greinke is headed to Space City in exchange for cash and four prospects.

Days before the trade deadline, Toronto also traded Marcus Stroman.
