Charges Laid After Windsor Carjacking Crime Spree

Police have laid a total of 15 charges against the man arrested for yesterday's carjacking in west Windsor.

Cody Bosse, 24 years old from Windsor, faces charges including robbery, weapons, dangerous driving and assault-related offences.

Authorities say it started at an apartment building on Sandwich St. around 7am when a man was spotted in a parking lot damaging a vehicle with a knife.

From there, police allege the same suspect entered a vehicle that was stopped on Huron Church Rd., eventually forcing the driver out of the vehicle near Askin Ave.

The suspect was eventually handcuffed after police say the vehicle ended up crashing into a Tim Hortons on Park St. E. near Goyeau St. yesterday afternoon.
