Clippers Lose On The Road

A 13-12 loss on the road for the Windsor Clippers to the Orangeville Northmen in Jr. B lacrosse play.

It was a tough loss for the Clippers as the Northmen grabbed the winning goal with just three seconds left in the game.

Andrew Garant led the Clipers with four goals and four assists while Brendan Wallace and Chase Kavanaugh each had a pair of goals and two assists.

Joel Evans made 40 saves on 53 shots.

The loss leaves the Clippers in 2nd in the Far West division, two points behind the Wallaceburg Red Devils — which have a game in hand.

The Clippers will look to make up some ground when the Red Devils visit Forest Glade Arena on Tuesday at 8pm.
