Fatal Crash Between Chatham And London
Police are investigating a fatal head-on crash that happened on Hwy. 2 today between Chatham and London at about 6:40am.
OPP haven't identified those involved in the crash, but report one driver was sent to hospital in serious condition while another driver was found dead at the scene.
The crash between a pick-up truck and a sedan caused the highway between Dogwood Rd. and Davis St. — near Wardsville in Middlesex County — to be closed for several hours while officers investigated the scene. The roadway has since re-opened.
Roads were described as "rain soaked, but not slippery" by police.
