Gruden Returns To Raider Nation

Jon Gruden is back as the head coach of the Oakland Raiders.

Gruden was formally introduced on Tuesday and says he's thrilled to be the coach for the Raiders again and feels there is unfinished business.

Multiple reports say that Gruden's deal is worth $100-million over the next ten seasons.

Gruden previously spent four seasons as coach of the Raiders from 1998 to 2001, compiling a 38-and-26 record.

He was then traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for several draft picks and replaced head coach Tony Dungy, who had been fired.  Gruden led the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl championship in the 2002 season and was with the team until 2008 before entering the broadcast booth.
