Jays Blank Yankees 4-0

Marco Estrada and two relievers combined on a six-hitter as the Blue Jays shut out the Yankees 4-0 at Rogers Centre.  Estrada scattered five hits and three walks over seven innings to improve to 5-and-7.  

Jose Bautista belted his 19th home run as Toronto took two-of-three in the series.  

Sonny Gray gave up three runs, but just two earned, in six frames to fall to 0-and-2 since being acquired from Oakland at the trade deadline.  He is 6-and-7 overall.  

Garrett Cooper had two of the six hits for the Yankees, who had won three of their previous four games.

Marcus Stroman gets the start tonight as the Jays host the Pirates in interleague play.  Pittsburgh counters with Canadian pitcher Jameson Taillon.
