Jays Sink St Louis

Pitcher Marcus Stroman had a pinch-hit double and scored the deciding run on a throwing error to lift the Blue Jays past the Cardinals in 11 innings, 6-5, in St. Louis.

Toronto scored its first and final run of the night on Cardinals' mishaps.  Chris Coghlan acrobatically dove over Cards catcher Yadier Molina to reach home safely in the seventh.

Jason Grilli earned the win in relief and Ryan Tepera notched his first save.

St. Louis committed four errors in all and fell for just the second time in eight games.
