LaSalle Unveils New Mural
There is something new at LaSalle's Riverdance Community Centre.
On Monday, the town unveiled a large mural depicting the town's history.
It features a historic police crusier, rum runners, a deer and the famed French explorer who the town is named after, Rene Robert de-LaSalle.
The mural was done by local artists David Creed and Christy Litster.
Creed says 95% of the mural was done with spray paint.
"This is actually the first spray painted mural in this town and I'm glad everyone appreciates it the way it turned out," says Creed.

It took about 100 hours to finish the mural.
The Riverdance Community Centre is located along LaSalle's waterfront on Laurier Drive.
