Lightning Beat Bruins To Advance To Conference Final

The Tampa Bay Lightning are headed to the Eastern Conference Finals in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.  

Brayden Point and J.T. Miller scored second period goals to lead the Bolts past the Boston Bruins 3-1 in Game Five of their East semifinal series in Tampa.

Anton Stralman lit the lamp late in the third for the Lightning, who advance to play either Pittsburgh or Washington in the next round.  

The Capitals lead that best-of-seven series 3-2, with Game Six set for tonight in Pittsburgh.

David Krejci scored the lone goal for Boston late in the first period.   Tuukka Rask stopped 19 shots in defeat.
