Mixed Result in FCA US Sales of Canadian Made Vehicles
U.S. sales for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles included some good and some bad news.
Overall the company is posting a sales increase of 17% mostly due to strong sales of the Jeep and Ram brands.
For Canadian-made vehicles it was more of a mixed result.
The Windsor-built Pacifica saw a 35% decrease in sales, despite being 2% ahead of year-to-date sales for 2017.
The Dodge Grand Caravan did better with an increase in November of 19% and a year-to-date boost of 20%.
Brampton-made cars also performed well with the Chrysler 300 up 55% compared to November last year, the Dodge Charger sold 21% more and the Challenger saw an increase of 30% over November 2017.
