NFL Draft Takes Place In Philly

The Browns selected Texas A-and-M defensive end Myles Garrett with the first pick in the N-F-L draft. Coming off a 1-and-15 season, the Browns began filling holes by grabbing Garrett, a junior and All-American with dynamic passing rushing skills.

With the 21st pick the Lions took linebacker Jarrad Davis from Florida.

Tennessee made Western Michigan University wide receiver Corey Davis the highest pick in school history when the Titans drafted him fifth overall.

Former Michigan defensive back and linebacker Jabrill Peppers was selected 25th by Cleveland.
