Pie Auction Crushes Record In The Name of Charity
Raising money at the Harrow Fair was easy as pie over the Labour Day weekend, literally.
The annual pie auction crushed its previous high of $12,600 over the weekend - taking in a whopping $21,700.
Proceeds from the event go to the John McGivney Children's Centre.
Katrina Klomp's entry was purchased by Harrow Home Hardware for $3,700 to take top spot.
