Red Wings Down Ducks 2-1

Dylan Larkin and Frans Nielsen scored as the Red Wings nipped the Ducks 2-1 in Detroit.   

Red Wings goalie Jimmy Howard stopped 32 shots for Detroit, which is 4-2-and-1 in its past seven games.  

Adam Henrique scored the Anaheim goal with just less than four minutes to play.

The Ducks went scoreless on four power plays and outshot the Red Wings 33-to-16.  

Anaheim is 2-3-and-2 in its last seven games.

The Wings take their two game winning streak on the road tomorrow as they travel to Tampa Bay to skate against the Lightning.
