Second Suspect Arrested in Windsor Shooting

Windsor police have arrested a second suspect in a shooting last month.

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, around 4:30am, police were called to Hanna and Dufferin Place for a report of shots fired.

A vehicle was seized with a number of bullet holes in it.

Within a few days, police arrested 28-year-old Sara Dalton who is charged with attempted murder.

Police have now arrested a second suspect.

Star Keisha Upham, 32, has been arrested and faces a charge of attempted murder.

Arrest warrants have been issued for the two other suspects, 18-year old Johnny Furia of Windsor and 18-year-old Fernando Ratcliffe of Windsor, remain outstanding.

Police says the suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous.

No one was hurt in the shooting but the Major Crimes Unit determined a person in a vehicle was the likely target but was not hurt.
