Suspect Arrested In Autumn Taggart Murder Returned To Windsor

A man arrested in Washington State has been charged formally after being brought to Windsor.

27-year-old Jitesh Bhogal waived his extradition hearing and was returned to the city Saturday, September 8, 2018.

He appeared in court yesterday and has formally been charged with first degree murder, aggravated sexual assault and break and enter.

The charges are from the death of 31-year-old Autumn Taggart in June.

She was found dead in her University Avenue apartment near McKay.

Bhogal is remanded in custody to a future court date.
