Suspect Arrested in Knifepoint Robbery in Windsor

Windsor police have made an arrest in connection with a knifepoint robbery.

Investigators say a man armed with a knife made off with some cash from a convenience store on Seminole St. near Pilette Rd. early Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area of College Ave. and Curry Ave. early Thursday and arrested a suspect.

Police say items seized from the vehicle are believed to be directly involved in the robbery.

Christopher Temple, 21, of Windsor is charged with robbery and wearing a mask while committing an offence.
