Money is the main issue as the union says employees haven't had a wage increase in four years.

In the meantime, the society has re-opened a limited number of programs and services.

Walk-in clinics are open at seven locations in Ontario, including one in Windsor.

In all, 227 workers at 24 offices across the province are on strike.
