Tigers and Jays Both Fall in Weekend Series

The Minnesota Twins dominated the Detroit tigers 12-2 on Sunday afternoon MLB action.

Miguel Sano, Eddie Rosario and Byron Buxton all went deep for Minnesota at Comerica Park, which took two-of-three in the series.

JaCoby Jones doubled in a run for the Tigers, who have lost six of their last eight.

An eight-run third inning sunk the Blue Jays on Sunday, falling 8-2 to the Diamondbacks.

Carson Kelly and Ketel Marte homered for Arizona as they finished off a three-game sweep of the Blue Jays.

Arizona has won four straight overall to move back above .500 at 34-and-32.

Lourdes Gurriel Junior went deep for the Jays, who have lost four in-a-row.
