Tigers Rally To Beat The Rays 5-3

Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run home run in the ninth inning to lift the Tigers to a 5-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays at Comerica Park.  The homer was Cabrera's sixth of the season and his first since May 20th.

Justin Verlander did not figure in the decision, giving up two runs on six hits while striking out six in seven innings.  Detroit took a 3-2 lead into the eighth, but Francisco Rodriguez gave up a solo homer to Steven Souza Jr. to tie the game.

Justin Wilson got the win by pitching a one-hit ninth.  Tonight, Daniel Norris goes to the mound for the Tigers, while Erasmo Ramirez starts for the Rays.
