Weapons Charge in Road Rage Incident

An arrest has been made following a road rage incident involving a possible gun.

On Saturday December 29 around 6pm, Windsor police were called to Cabana Rd at Division Rd where the driver of a black Chevy Cruze pulled in front of a black Ford Focus, stopping the vehicle and preventing it from leaving the area.  
 
Both drivers got out and there a confrontation — it was reported a black firearm was pulled out.

Everyone returned to their vehicles and the suspect was later identified and located around 9pm on Curry Ave near Riverside Dr driving a different vehicle.

A gun was not found.

A 29-year old Windsor man is charged with Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace and Mischief under $5,000.
