Wheatley Man Charged With 28 Counts Of Fraud
A Wheatley man has been charged with theft and fraud after police say he stole his ex-wife's credit card and used it on multiple occasions.
Authories claim the 39-year-old took it from the Chatham woman in late February and used it nearly 30 times without her knowing.
He was arrested last night and faces one count of theft and 28 counts of fraud under $5,000.
He's due back in court April 12.
