Windsor Man Pleads Guilty for Inappropriate Messages With Girl
A Windsor man has pleaded guilty for having sexually explicit conversations with a person under the age of 16 on Facebook
Danange Seneus, 23, pleaded guilty in Superior Court on Tuesday to communicating with a person under the age of 16 for facilitating an offence.
Court heard in May 2016, Seneus who was 21 years old at the time, contacted a girl who was 14-years-old over Facebook and had a casual conversation.
Over time, the conversations became more sexual in nature, text messages were exchanged and he began asking her sexual questions.
The girl's mother discovered the conversations and went to police.
The case has been put over to March 27th for a sentencing hearing
