Windsor Men Charged In 2015 London Murder
Two Windsor men have been charged in a London murder where the victim was shot while taking out the garbage.
Back in March 2015, Mark McCullagh was taken out the garbage at his home on English St in London when he was confronted by a group of men who were there to commit a robbery.
McCullagh was shot and the men fled.
McCullagh was taken to the hospital and died.
37-year-old Steven Atkinson of Windsor is charged with manslaughter and two counts of armed robbery.
20-year-old Kenyon Ohamu of Windsor has also been charged with manslaughter and armed robbery.
Ali Fageer, 23, of Toronto was also charged.
Ohamu was arrested on Tuesday in Windsor with the help of Windsor Police.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Atkinson and Fageer.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to not approach them but to call police.
