Sergeant Steve Betteridge hopes the public can pitch in with any tips they may have.

"Because this is something that was called into police in the wee hours of the morning — if anyone was in the area, if anyone saw anything suspicious even if they think it's the smallest, littlest thing it could tied in," says Betteridge. "Don't hesitate to give us a shout."

Police are appealing to anyone with information to come forward. Those with information are asked to calle the Windsor Police Service at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-TIPS (8477) or online at catchcrooks.com.
