Windsor Police Recover Gun Used In Union St. Shooting

Windsor police have recovered the gun used in a shooting over the weekend.

On Saturday at 9:50am, police were called to a home on Union St. near Partington Ave. for a person who had been shot.

A 22-year-old man was seen walking outside suffering from a gunshot wound.  He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

On Wednesday, police went to the home on Union St. and found the gun on the property without incident.

Major Crimes continues to investigate.

An 18-year-old Windsor woman is facing a charge of attempted murder and public mischief.

Two other women, aged 39 and 18, are also facing charges of public mischief.
