Windsor Traffic Blitz Stops Two Stunt Drivers On The EC Row
Windsor police laid two stunt driving charges among a long list of offences during a traffic blitz on the EC Row.
Officers were staked out on the expressway on Tuesday and Thursday to target speeding and aggressive driving.
Among the 105 charges laid were two stunt driving offences.
In one case a motorcycle was clocked at 176km/hour and in the other a Mustang hit the radar at 158 km/h.
Police also issued 31 warnings to drivers.
"The idea is to reduce the amount of aggressive driving within the City of Windsor through a program of selective but firm enforcement," says Windsor police Constable Andrew Drouillard
