Arrests made, hydromorphone seized in Truro
The Truro Police Service’s Drug Enforcement Unit has seized 95 hydromorphone capsules and made two arrests.
A 32-year-old woman was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Paradise Lane on Friday.
Police say a search warrant was executed at a Pleasant Street address, where a 34-year-old man was arrested.
The woman was released that night and has charges pending.
Truro Police say the man has been arraigned on charges of possession of hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of breaching probation orders.
Both are set to return to court in February.
