CAA: River John road among the top ten worst roads
CAA has released its list of the top ten worst roads in the region in 2016, as voted by Atlantic Canadians.
Based on the more than 7,000 votes, the worst is Mountain Road in Christmas Island/Eskasoni.
The only other Nova Scotia road to make the list is a local entry: Lousiville Road in River John.
Gary Howard, Vice President of Communications at CAA Atlantic, says the Worst Roads campaign gives people the chance to identify the roads in their area that are in particularly rough shape or present dangerous driving conditions.
He says they've notified government officials for each of the top ten roads.
