Construction tools stolen from new housing development in Cole Harbour

Police are looking for thousands of dollars worth of construction tools stolen from a new housing development in Cole Harbour.

The RCMP say thieves broke into a secured trailer at a development on Loonview Lane sometime between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Thursday.

Among the items stolen are:

  • a Spectra 300 laser level (containing legs and a case);
  • a STIHL concrete cutsaw;
  • a Honda electric inverter E2000;
  • a Dewalt SDS hammer drill;
  • two Dewalt 1/2 inch drills;
  • three diamond tip metal concrete saw blades;
  • a Dewalt grinder;
  • a Dewalt reciprocal cordless saw; and
  • a Dewalt wormdrive skillsaw.
