Court date rescheduled for man who allegedly shot co-worker with nail gun
A man accused of shooting a co-worker in the back with a nail gun on a Pictou County construction site has had his court appearance rescheduled.
Shawn Wade Hynes was expected in court Monday, but according to Saltwire Network's The News, neither he nor his lawyer were there.
Hynes was arrested last September and charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
His court date has been rescheduled to February 11.
The judge in the case has reserved the right to issue a warrant should Hynes fail to make his next scheduled appearance.
