Driver uninjured after salt truck tips over in Trenton
The 59-year-old driver of a Trenton Public Works Salt Truck was uninjured after the vehicle tipped over Friday morning.
New Glasgow Regional Police say the incident happened at the intersection of Hampson Street and Main Street around 9:30 a.m.
The Trenton Fire Department and Emergency Health Services also responded to the incident.
Video shared with our newsroom shows the truck sliding sideways down Hampson Street due to icy conditions before flipping onto its side.
