Halifax man charged with multiple sex offences
A 28-year-old Halifax man has been charged with multiple sex offences following an incident in Cole Harbour on Monday.
The RCMP say the man jumped into the hot tub at Cole Harbour Place while fully clothed, and it was later reported he made inappropriate comments.
Staff escorted him out of the building by the time the call to police was made.
Thanks to tips from the public, Marquel Antonio Johnson was arrested Wednesday on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court.
The RCMP say he now also faces charges of sexual exploitation of a person with a disability, invitation to sexual touching, committing an indecent act, and mischief.
