Halifax police continue to investigate decade-old murder

Halifax police have renewed their call for tips from the public in a murder that occurred a decade ago.

Police say they continue to investigate the killing of Edwin 'Michael' Forgeron, whose body was found by friends at a home in the city on March 9, 2007.

Investigators say they believe there are people who have information about the 31-year-old's death that could help solve his murder.

They add they hope the passage of time may encourage someone to do the right thing and come forward.
