Hebbville man charged with several drug offences
Police say a Hebbville man was arrested on June 4 for drug offences.
Members of the Integrated South Shore Street Crime Enforcement Unit (SCEU) and the South Shore Criminal Intelligence Service of Nova Scotia (CISNS) arrested 38-year-old Murray Marvin Heath on Tuesday for Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.
RCMP say following the arrest, they seized powdered cocaine and prescription hydromorphone capsules.
Police say Heath has been charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Hydromorphone, and four counts of Breach of Recognizance.
RCMP say Heath was held in custody overnight before his court appearance on Wednesday, where he was again remanded into custody.
He will make another court appearance on June 10.
