Investigation underway after break-in at local Salvation Army branch
An investigation has begun following a break-in at a local Salvation Army branch.
The Truro Daily News reports there was a break-in at the Truro Salvation Army sometime between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, which resulted in the loss of various audio equipment including microphones, amplifiers, and a few instruments.
Bruce Jennings, the Major of the Truro Salvation Army, tells The Truro Daily News it appears the suspects entered through the door off the sanctuary, adding that there was no damage from them getting into the building.
The missing equipment will need to be replaced as it was used for church gatherings and weekly mass.
